Project Update 4/17

As a team, we continued to work on our components in addition to starting the research of the remaining components that needed building. Each of the three components from last week’s update was furthered along. This week we plan to try to have the first prototype of the website up in addition to having testable components.

Sid – Worked on the website and formatting

Jax – continued developing the calendar

Sophia – Started looking into hosting options

Ben – Continued work on the website

Pavan – Worked on the money manager

4/10/2023 Update

People + What they did today:

Sid: Began working on the HTML+CSS for the website (Div setup)

Ben: Assisted with the HTML+CSS for the website (Div setup)

Jax: Started polishing the calendar for the website

Sophia: Started working on the money manager

Pavan: Assisted with the money manager

 

Progress:

Website divs are setup so that we can place the components in them

Calendar v1 is complete – needs to be integrated into the site

Money manager has started to be worked on, no major updates as of yet

Project Description

We are making a digital planner that helps keep track of daily tasks, spending, and more. This will be done by making a website which has these resources for our users. We want to help our users stay organized with school work, plans, and money to get their lives in order. We hope to make this planner easy for anyone to use – whether the user has a job, is a student, etc. We are trying to solve the issue of having things written down in multiple places, so we are making it so that all the “to-do” items are also integrated within this calendar so that the user can have everything in one place.
